Why max. 10 participants?

The small group is a deliberate choice: everyone gets sufficient attention, real feedback on their own business and doesn't work in anonymous large groups.

Do I need to have social media channels already?

No. You can also use the workshop to start out with the right strategy for the first time.

What is the difference from the August workshop?

This workshop places particular emphasis on the breakout session method and intensive collaboration in the small group. The focus is on direct implementation and genuine peer feedback.

Which AI tools are used?

We work with ChatGPT and Claude for content creation as well as additional tools for planning and analysis. Free accounts are fully sufficient.

How does the booking process work?

Fill out the registration form on the German page – you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice within 24 hours.

If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours, please contact us directly. It's possible that the contact details were incorrect and we couldn't reach you.

What is the registration deadline?

Registration is possible up to 14 days before the respective date.

What payment methods are available?

We generally offer payment by invoice and bank transfer.

If you prefer another payment method such as credit card, PayPal, or Klarna, please mention it in the "Message" field of the registration. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the payment provider. We will inform you transparently beforehand and find a suitable solution together.

Is instalment payment possible?

Yes, you can pay in up to 3 instalments.

Please note that an additional fee of 7.9% applies for instalment payments. Not all payment methods are available for instalments.

If you'd like to pay in instalments, please mention this in your registration and we'll get back to you.

Can I cancel for free?

Yes. Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the event. You can also designate a substitute person at any time free of charge.

What happens with a last-minute cancellation?

For cancellations 7–13 days before the event, 50% of the participation fee is due. For cancellations less than 7 days before the event, the full participation fee is charged. Designating a substitute is always free of charge.
