Frequently asked questions

Do I need technical knowledge?
No. The workshop is structured so that all content is understandable and actionable without a technical background. You should, however, have access to your own website.
What is GEO and why does it matter?
GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization – optimising for AI-powered search systems such as Google AI Overview, ChatGPT Search or Perplexity. Those who only do classical SEO today will lose visibility in the future.
For which CMS or website system is the workshop suitable?
The workshop is system-agnostic. The principles apply to WordPress, TYPO3, Webflow, Jimdo or any other platform.
What is included in the price?
Both workshop days, lunch and drinks on site as well as all materials and templates.
How does the booking process work?
Fill out the registration form on the German page – you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice within 24 hours.

What is the registration deadline?
Registration is possible up to 14 days before the respective date.
What payment methods are available?
We generally offer payment by invoice and bank transfer.

If you prefer another payment method such as credit card, PayPal, or Klarna, please mention it in the "Message" field of the registration. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the payment provider. We will inform you transparently beforehand and find a suitable solution together.
Is instalment payment possible?
Yes, you can pay in up to 3 instalments.

Please note that an additional fee of 7.9% applies for instalment payments. Not all payment methods are available for instalments.

If you'd like to pay in instalments, please mention this in your registration and we'll get back to you.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes. Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the event. You can also designate a substitute person at any time free of charge.
What happens with a last-minute cancellation?
For cancellations 7–13 days before the event, 50% of the participation fee is due. For cancellations less than 7 days before the event, the full participation fee is charged. Designating a substitute is always free of charge.
