What makes the Mastermind different from a classic workshop?

In the Mastermind your business is at the centre. No generic frontal training – you receive real feedback on your concrete situation and develop solutions in exchange with like-minded people who know the same challenges.

Do I need prior knowledge in marketing or AI?

No. The Mastermind starts where you are right now. The included preparatory course gives you the necessary foundational knowledge so you can hit the ground running on the live day.

What do I take away from the Mastermind?

A marketing concept, tried-and-tested AI prompts for your daily work, and connection to a group you continue working with during the follow-up support.

What is included in the follow-up support?

4 online group sparring sessions of 60 minutes each – so you have support during implementation and do not continue alone.

How does registering for the Mastermind work?

In three steps: you send a short request. Then we get to know each other in a brief 30-minute call – together we see whether the group is right for you and you for the group. If it's a fit for both sides, you receive your booking link and secure your spot. With only a few spots available, we deliberately take this time.

What is the registration deadline?

Registration is possible up to 14 days before the respective date.

What payment methods are available?

We generally offer payment by invoice and bank transfer.

If you prefer another payment method such as credit card, PayPal, or Klarna, please mention it in the "Message" field of the registration. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the payment provider. We will inform you transparently beforehand and find a suitable solution together.

Is instalment payment possible?

Yes, you can pay in up to 3 instalments.

Please note that an additional fee of 7.9% applies for instalment payments. Not all payment methods are available for instalments.

If you'd like to pay in instalments, please mention this in your registration and we'll get back to you.

Will the masterminds definitely take place?

The masterminds are generally held on the announced dates. However, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel events in the case of important reasons (e.g. absence of the facilitator or force majeure).

In this case, you will have the option to attend an alternative date or receive a full refund of the participation fee already paid.

Can I cancel for free?

Yes. Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the event. You can also designate a substitute person at any time free of charge.

What happens with a last-minute cancellation?

For cancellations 7–13 days before the event, 50% of the participation fee is due. For cancellations less than 7 days before the event, the full participation fee is charged. Designating a substitute is always free of charge.
