AI is everywhere, but few people really know how to use it. In this foundations course you gain the understanding and competence to use AI tools safely and effectively – in just 6 hours. You learn the key terminology, understand how language models fundamentally work, and how to write smart text and image prompts that deliver genuinely useful results – including the tricks and techniques of a prompt engineer. You also get a first glimpse into AI agents and know afterwards what to watch out for regarding bias, limits, and AI labelling obligations. No prior knowledge needed, open to everyone – whether for private or professional use. You leave the course with a solid foundational understanding and the confidence to actually use AI.

Do I need prior knowledge?

No. The course is deliberately designed for absolute beginners – no technical background required.

Is the course also suitable for private use?

Yes, explicitly. The course is open to everyone – whether you want to use AI professionally or privately.

Which AI tools are used?

We work with ChatGPT and Claude. Free accounts are fully sufficient.

How large is the group?

The course takes place in a small group, so everyone has room for questions.

How does the booking process work?

Fill out the registration form on the German page – you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice within 24 hours.

If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours, please contact us directly. It's possible that the contact details were incorrect and we couldn't reach you.

What is the registration deadline?

Registration is possible up to 14 days before the respective date.

What payment methods are available?

We generally offer payment by invoice and bank transfer.

If you prefer another payment method such as credit card, PayPal, or Klarna, please mention it in the "Message" field of the registration. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the payment provider. We will inform you transparently beforehand and find a suitable solution together.

Is instalment payment possible?

Yes, you can pay in up to 3 instalments.

Please note that an additional fee of 7.9% applies for instalment payments. Not all payment methods are available for instalments.

If you'd like to pay in instalments, please mention this in your registration and we'll get back to you.

Can I cancel for free?

Yes. Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the event. You can also designate a substitute person at any time free of charge.

What happens with a last-minute cancellation?

For cancellations 7–13 days before the event, 50% of the participation fee is due. For cancellations less than 7 days before the event, the full participation fee is charged. Designating a substitute is always free of charge.
