Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be particularly creative to join?
No – and that is exactly the point. Creativity is not an innate trait but a skill. The workshop is open to anyone who wants to think more creatively, regardless of profession or background.
What should I bring?
A laptop or tablet with internet access and a concrete topic or project you want to work on. A pen and notebook are also helpful.
Which AI tools will be used?
We work with ChatGPT and Claude. Free accounts are fully sufficient – you do not need paid versions.
How large is the group?
The workshop takes place in a small group so that everyone receives sufficient attention and feedback.
How does the booking process work?
Fill out the registration form on the German page – you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice within 24 hours.

If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours, please contact us directly. It's possible that the contact details were incorrect and we couldn't reach you.
What is the registration deadline?
Registration is possible up to 14 days before the respective date.
What payment methods are available?
We generally offer payment by invoice and bank transfer.

If you prefer another payment method such as credit card, PayPal, or Klarna, please mention it in the "Message" field of the registration. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the payment provider. We will inform you transparently beforehand and find a suitable solution together.
Is instalment payment possible?
Yes, you can pay in up to 3 instalments.

Please note that an additional fee of 7.9% applies for instalment payments. Not all payment methods are available for instalments.

If you'd like to pay in instalments, please mention this in your registration and we'll get back to you.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes. Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the event. You can also designate a substitute person at any time free of charge.
What happens with a last-minute cancellation?
For cancellations 7–13 days before the event, 50% of the participation fee is due. For cancellations less than 7 days before the event, the full participation fee is charged. Designating a substitute is always free of charge.
